Our experienced team handles all the administrative tasks related to the pre- and post-listing on the Stock Exchange. The Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) is a preferred venue for raising capital and listing domestic and foreign issuers. It is notable for being one of the few exchanges in Africa that allows dual currency trading and offers multicurrency listing on a technology trading platform. In addition to local currency, the SEM also allows you to quote, trade and settle shares and debt securities in USD, EUR, GBP and ZAR.
